The Fossil Team is an LLC devoted to giving you the best information in a fun and engaging way, whether you are 5 or 105.

If you choose to hire Fossil Team or join one of our online classes, you are accepting that during the duration of the event we may take photos or ask you to take photos and use them in social media posts or on this website. We will not use faces in posts without asking permission first.

During the duration of the events, if fossils or bones are broken or damaged by you or a guest you may be asked to help us replace and/or repair the damaged artifact.

For online classes: We understand that time gets away from us, we’re all Homo sapiens, so if you need to refund a ticket because you cannot make it please give us at least 48 hours notice before the class to issue the refund of 75% the ticket cost. If you are canceling DAY OF you forfeit the money paid since we will not be able to fill the spot in the class OR you may switch to another class at any time prior to the class date. For in person events and presentations: Scheduling errors happen, if you would like to reschedule the presentation please let us know up to 24 hours before the event. If you need to cancel the event you are still required to pay 25% of the presentation cost if cancelling 24 hours before the event.
