Species Profile: Hoofed Mammals (June 11th, 2025)
Much of the large herbivores we find today are hoofed animals that roam the plains in vast herds, or creep through the forests in smaller groups such as deer and buffalo. These animals are known as the Artiodactyls, the even toed ungulates, and the Ice Age had its own vast variety of these adaptable creatures. Saddle up as we look into the many different forms of even-toed hoofed animals, from cows to camels to giraffes!
